Advanced Nomex® Tubing for High-Temperature and Flame Retardant Applications

Hatim Dielectrics has developed a method of fabricating Nomex® tubing using a compatible binder that provides a laminated, thermally stable, Class “H” insulation that can be used in flame retardant applications.

Some of Nomex® tube’s diverse applications are:

  • Voltage regulator transformers
  • Primary coil forms
  • Bobbins in high temperature motors
  • Motor shaft insulators
  • Spacers in heavy-duty tools
  • High temperature potting cases

The wall thickness of tubes produced by Hatim Dielectrics is 0.8mm
